Absolute Zero Tolerance: Avox Labs strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Morbi is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Any violation results in immediate permanent bans, device blacklisting, and law enforcement escalation.

1. Policy Commitment

Avox Labs is committed to maintaining a secure, adult-only ecosystem. We work relentlessly to ensure that child sexual abuse and the exploitation of minors have no place on the Morbi platform or anywhere on our networks.

2. Strict Minor Access Restrictions

To prevent minors from accessing the dating platform, Morbi implements multi-tiered gating:

Database Constraints: Every profile is bound by the PostgreSQL constraint profiles_age_check, mathematically calculating that the user is at least 18 years of age based on verified date of birth. Registration fails automatically if this threshold is not met.
Onboarding Age Screening: Mandatory birthdate screening in Step 0 of registration.
Google Play Minor Restriction: Formally declared under Google Play Console Target Audience policy with minor access restricted.

3. Prohibited Acts and Content

The following are strictly banned with zero exceptions:

Any imagery, video, audio, or text depicting or facilitating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Grooming, soliciting, or communicating with any minor.
Attempting to circumvent the 18+ verification barrier or create accounts on behalf of minors.
Sharing or linking to third-party services hosting exploitative media.

4. Detection, Moderation & Law Enforcement Escalation

4.1 24/7 In-App Reporting Workflow

Every profile card and chat thread in Morbi features an immediate Report button. Users can report profiles under dedicated categories (Underage User <18, Objectionable Content, or Harassment).

4.2 Mandatory NCMEC CyberTipline Referral

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and international child welfare treaties, any verified or suspected incidence of CSAM/CSAE is immediately forwarded to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent local and federal law enforcement agencies.

5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you identify any profile, message, or user violating our child protection standards:

In-App: Tap the options menu on the profile or chat screen and select Report User > Underage Account.
Direct Emergency Safety Hotline: Email our dedicated response team at safety@morbi.app or compliance@morbi.app with the subject line URGENT: Child Safety Report.
