Account Deletion & Data Erasure Portal

Irreversible Action: Deleting your Morbi account permanently and irreversibly deletes your profile, all uploaded photos, mutual matches, chat messages, swipes, and authentication credentials.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the Morbi application installed on your Android device:

  1. Open the Morbi app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your Profile tab in the bottom bar, then tap the Settings gear icon.
  3. Scroll down to the Account Actions section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion modal. Your account and all stored records are erased instantly from our cloud database and storage buckets.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Without Mobile App)

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, submit your registered Morbi email address below. Our privacy operations team will send a verification link to confirm account ownership and finalize your data purge within 48 business hours.

3. Exact Data Elements Permanently Purged

Upon execution of your deletion request, the following data is permanently purged:

  • Credentials: Your Supabase authentication user record and encrypted passwords.
  • Profile Data: Display name, verified age, bio, gender preferences, and lifestyle tags.
  • Media Storage: All original and resized photos stored in the profile-photos cloud bucket.
  • Social Graph: All sent likes, passes, mutual matches, and chat conversations.
  • Device Registrations: Push notification tokens and device IDs.
