Terms of Service

Strict 18+ Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Morbi. Misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate, permanent account termination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Morbi dating application or visiting morbi.avoxlabs.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Avox Labs. If you do not accept these terms in full, do not create an account or use Morbi.

2. User Eligibility & Code of Conduct

By using Morbi, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have never been convicted of a felony or any sexual offense.
  • You will not solicit minors or share illegal materials.
  • You will maintain truthful, authentic profile information and will not impersonate any person or entity.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited across all surfaces of Morbi:

  1. Child Safety Violations: Uploading, distributing, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE) or contacting minors.
  2. Harassment & Hate Speech: Bullying, stalking, threatening, or defaming any user based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
  3. Commercial Exploitation & Scams: Financial solicitation, cryptocurrency pitches, escort solicitation, or automated spamming.
  4. Unconsented Content: Sharing private conversations or media without express consent.

4. User-Generated Content & In-App Safety Tools

You retain ownership of the photos and bio copy you upload to Morbi. However, you grant Avox Labs a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process this content to provide our matching service.

Every user profile and chat screen features built-in Report and Block actions. Blocking someone immediately archives the match and revokes mutual conversation access in real time.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Morbi offers optional premium upgrades (Morbi Plus, Morbi Gold, Morbi Platinum).

  • Store Billing: Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed according to Google Play Billing terms and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the cycle end.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions. You retain access to premium perks through the end of your prepaid period.

6. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the mobile app (Settings > Account Actions > Delete Account) or via our Web Account Deletion Portal.
